Specialty Contractor

Specialty/Subcontractor Members provide on-site labor to perform some portion of the General Contractors obligation under the contract. A Subcontractor member must be regularly established in business and be doing a predominant amount of its business as a subcontractor. Subcontractors holding a general contractor license who regularly submit bids directly to owners may be required to join as General Contractor members.

AGC of Utah welcomes all Subcontractor that adhere to the AGC Motto (Minimum Membership Qualifications) of Skill, Integrity and Responsibility:

Skill: the possession and application of the necessary technical and practical experience to execute the projects undertaken in a professional and efficient manner.

Integrity: the character to comply with the spirit and letter of contracts undertaken and to handle every transaction with fairness and honor.

Responsibility: the possession and application of the necessary finances, cash and credit, together with the needed equipment and organization and manpower to fulfill all commitments promptly and completely.

Subcontractor Dues are $760 annually on a calendar year and includes both Utah and National Dues.
