    This class is designed to help UDOT Employees and Contractors understand and implement the UDOT Partnering Field Guide.  We cover definitions, give examples and details, do exercises to help demonstrate the process and provide tools to help people be better partners such as communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
