AGC of Utah Scholarship

The AGC of Utah offers a yearly scholarship opportunity for those pursuing their degree(s) in construction or a construction-related program.
To help build tomorrow's workforce, AGC of Utah has awarded $25,000 in scholarships every year, totaling more than 100 student recipients since the program began. These scholarships are awarded each January with the application opening in September with a Deadline of November 1st.

Scholarship
In 2015, the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and its Build Your Future initiative made a generous contribution to help fund the first Workforce Development scholarships for students pursuing craft and technical programs, allowing 19 applicants to receive the inaugural scholarships. Scholarships are $1,000 per year, renewable for up to two years. The 2027-2028 Workforce Development Scholarship program will open March 1, 2027.

The AGC Education and Research Foundation offers undergraduate and graduate level scholarships to students enrolled in ABET, ACCE and some ATMAE-accredited construction management or construction related engineering programs. Over $11 million in scholarships have been awarded to more than 4,500 students attending colleges and universities across the country.

- Graduate students: Scholarships of $3,750 per year for up to two years
