Scott DeGraffenried, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Jacobsen, brings extensive legal and industry expertise to his role. Named to the Utah Legal Elite list in 2021, he has been with Jacobsen since 2018 and serves as AGC’s Legislative Committee Chair, guiding policy efforts that impact the construction industry.
Joey Gilbert is the President and CEO of AGC, overseeing the association’s strategic direction and industry leadership. With a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah and over 25 years at AGC, he drives initiatives that strengthen the construction industry and support AGC members.
Gavin Gilbert earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho and a political science degree from Utah Valley University. As an attorney with a decade of experience in government affairs and legislative policy, he supports AGC’s advocacy efforts, working to shape policies that benefit the construction industry.
