A Platform for Tomorrow's Leaders
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) is a dynamic initiative by AGC of Utah, launched in 2025 to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Utah's construction industry and within AGC itself.
Modeled after the national CLC program, our chapter's CLC provides a structured space for leadership development through events, training, and service opportunities.

Open to Emerging AGC Leaders
17-Member Steering Committee
The CLC exists to develop future leaders for both the construction industry and the AGC of Utah. Through meaningful connections, practical education, and a commitment to community, we equip emerging professionals with the tools to lead with purpose and integrity.
Guided by Industry Peers
The CLC is led by a Steering Committee of 17 emerging professionals, appointed by AGC leadership. This diverse team represents various sectors of the construction industry across Utah.
While the committee is currently a closed group, their work powers a calendar of open events that all members can attend and benefit from.
"Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for growth while strengthening the future of both our industry and association."
— Joey Gilbert, AGC President/CEO
