Excavation Safety

This session provides practical awareness and response guidance on overdose emergencies, including when and how Narcan can be used to save a life.

Reasonable Suspicion

Presenter: Sean Morris, Wasatch Crest Treatment

This training helps supervisors recognize and appropriately respond to signs of possible substance use or impairment in the workplace. Participants will learn how to identify behavioral and physical indicators, document concerns, and follow proper procedures while maintaining professionalism, fairness, and compliance with workplace policies. The training emphasizes protecting employee safety while supporting a respectful and accountable work environment.

Stop the STCKY

Presenter: Matt Fuller, Sundt Construction

A practical session focused on identifying and controlling high-energy hazards - called STCKY (“Stuff That Can Kill You”) - and helping teams recognize and address the risks most likely to cause serious injury or fatality before they become incidents.

Mental Health Safety is Physical Safety

Presenter: Scott Martin, Surviving Life's Pickles

We will be discussing how to 1st make sure you are mentally safe for the day or task at hand and then dive into how to be more aware of those around you and the signs to watch for. We will wrap things up with a discussion of ways and areas to improve and take care of your mental health on and off the job site.

Implementing a PPE Tracking System

This session explores how companies can improve accountability, compliance, and equipment readiness by building an effective system for tracking PPE.
