Workforce Development

With our members reporting more and more workforce shortages, AGC of Utah has felt the pressure to help promote construction as a career. Almost weekly, we speak to middle school, high school and college students as well as veterans, refugees, and re-entry members to show the infinite possibilities construction holds. We know that the younger generations hold the key to our future success.

Our members regularly come together to plan and discuss new ways we can build our workforce in our Workforce Development Committee. Contact us to get involved in this important committee.
